Q: WHERE ARE MY ITEMS COMING FROM?

Almost our products are placed at warehouse in USA ( jewelry, ornament..), some of our items are located in China ( All over print clothing, sweatshirt, blanket..), so it will take some time to ship from China.


Q: HOW CAN I MODIFY MY ORDER?

  • We only allow order modification within 3 hours since payment.
  • If you cannot connect to our ticket system above, please email to our support email: support@unifinz.com

Q: CAN I RECEIVE MY ORDER IN MY COUNTRY?

We only support shipping in the US. and EU, AUS
🚫 However, we do not ship to military bases (APO/FPO), Iran, Cuba, North Korea, Syria, or other restricted areas.

Q: HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

  • We provide tracking numbers for all orders via email
  • Tracking updates may take 3-5 business days to appear in the system.

Q: WHAT IS YOUR RETURN AND REPLACEMENT POLICY?

We accept returns and replacements if:

✅ The product arrives damaged or defective.

✅ The product differs significantly from the description (wrong design, size, material).

✅ The product is not delivered within 30 days.

❌ We do not accept returns for change of mind or incorrect orders placed by customers.

Q: WHICH EVIDENCE SHOULD I SUBMIT FOR RETURN OR REPLACEMENT?

  • To process your return or replacement, please provide:

    📸 A clear photo of the shipping label and tracking number.

    📦 A photo of the product’s SKU or packaging.

    ❌ A close-up image showing the defect or incorrect product received.

    💬 Screenshots of prior email communication (if applicable).
