Because our products are printed and unique, we only return or replace your order in one of those requests below:

  • The products have been crashed or damaged.
  • The print quality is blurry or not the same as pictures on our website.
  • Different design or size from your order.

Q: WHICH EVIDENCE SHOULD I SUBMIT FOR RETURN OR REPLACEMENT?

  • Submitting all evidence to clarify shipping/product error is very important to our return/replacement process.
  • Please note that all required pictures must be sent. Otherwise, we cannot provide return/replacement items.
  • You can find the attached pictures for example:
  • Picture of the shipping label
  • Picture of product SKU
  • Picture of the product and the error you found out (material flawed, different design, different size)

Refund & Return Policy

Returns/Refund

For new order (haven't shipped) : Cause all orders will auto arrange to produce so if you want to cancel new order please email us within 3 hours since your purchase.After 3 hours your purchase will auto arrange to produce so we can not help you make cancel the order.
For order shipped :
We only accept returns for the following reasons:
1) Low-quality print work or damaged upon delivery.
2) The product is different from what was ordered.

Proof of purchase must be provided. Please provide a clear photo of the problem area for a quick resolution if applicable.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery. You (buyer) will be the one who is responsible for paying for the shipping costs for returning item if not covered by our warranty against manufacturer defects and exchange is not due to our error. About size and material we already noted very clearly on our site, we do not accept exchange or paying for the shipping costs for returning item.
We do not accept return in case of wrong address or package has been stolen (tracking show delivered but have not received it ). Cause when deliver to the wrong address, package may be lost,it usually not return back to our main warehouse (if you think it return, you should give us a tracking return of package ) and this issue is not from us. So all we can do is support you by a huge discount 30-40% (we do not have profit from this order - just want to make you receive what you order ). To avoid 2 case above, please give us full & right shipping address and please pay attention to email, phone and tracking to check where's package.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@Unifinz.com and send your item to the return address shown on your package.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Where should I return the item(s)?

After you receive an email from us confirming the eligibility of your Refund Request.

Please DO NOT automatically return the package without confirmation through email because unfortunately we cannot be responsible for lost returns.

Before that, no refund is going to be issued. For such reason, please make sure to attach the Tracking Number from the Carrier you chose to return the item(s) to us in another email to the same email address – support@unifinz.com

Customers will return the product to the warehouse for inspection and refund or exchance.

Some products such as: All over print hoodie, t-shirt, longsleeve, zip, hawaii shirt, sweatshirt, sweater, blanket, tumbler, car sun shade made in China, need to return to the warehouse in China.

Some other products such as Necklace, Jewelry, Tshirt 2D print only front, ornament, canvas .. are made in the US, customers need to return to the US address.
